The Georgian spices company is expanding its Ojakhuri product line. Several new products are set to be added to production in the near future, including unique spices and tkemal, which will become available in a few weeks. Salome Neparidze, the marketing and public relations manager of Ojakhuri, spoke to Business Insider Georgia about these developments.
„We are continuing our tradition and will offer customers some new flavors this year as well. Currently, we are actively working on the production of tkemali. We are in the process of labeling, and the product will be available for sale in the near future.
The range of spices is also expanding, which will be a pleasant surprise for our customers. This expansion includes ground onion, onion flakes, corn starch, baking powder, sesoning for khinkali, rosemary, milk powder, tkemali (green, red, and yellow), and walnut jam, which were previously only available for export. We believe that the new products will be well-received by our customers. Our products are 100% natural, which is the company's top priority“, - says Salome Neparidze.
As is known, Ojakhuri not only produces individual spices but also mixed spice blends designed for different dishes. As a result, customers don't have to buy several types in separate packages because the company has already combined them into one package.
For your information, Ojakhuri was founded in 2010 and employs 70 people in the enterprise.
